It takes great courage to feel the immense losses we are experiencing today—in our natural world, in our leaders and institutions, in our dreams for the future. We might easily fall into anger and outrage, but these often serve to separate us. Tears of grief have another kind of power, one that is alchemical. They dissolve the heavy metals that divide our hearts and bring us into a greater compassion for ourselves and the world. We will explore Kabbalistic and Indigenous wisdom, Dr. Jung’s alchemical perspectives, and the guidance of the Unconscious. Please bring your journal!
