Raising Awareness of Intergenerational Trauma for Jewish Patients and Families

Wednesday January 21, 2026

11am – 2pm Eastern

In person at Boca Raton Regional Hospital and virtually

I’ll be providing the keynote speech for this important gathering early next year.

  • Learn to identify the hallmarks of trauma in yourself and in those for whom you care

  • Familiarize yourself with findings of epigenetic research that explain how our ancestors’ extreme life challenges can influence the lives of their descendants

  • Learn how to ask and listen for intergenerational history with care

  • Understand that hand-in-glove with trauma legacies are wisdom legacies, and how both can be elicited with healing results.

  • Experience the wisdom and blessings of loving ancestral support

If you’re not local to Boca Raton, Florida, you can also tune in virtually. For the in person event, lunch is included and 1.5 CEUs are available. Please email Lisa.Venegas@BaptistHealth.net to RSVP.
